dc.description.abstract青光眼为造成失明的主要病因之一,青光眼会破坏视神经、网膜神经,同时持续损害眼睛视野所能看见范围之疾病,若放置不予理会,久而久之将造成视力严重损害,且一旦受损后将无法恢复,因此本研究目的是利用管制图监控其变化,当青光眼患者在量测视野范围时,能有效地监控视野变化及对异常情况提供警讯,以利帮助患者和给予医生治疗的建议。
医学界在研究青光眼患者视野时,常采用回归模型来观测患者视野变化之情况;工业界中常使用管制图监控产品制作过程是否异常,因此将管制图之理论用于青光眼疾病研究中。但青光眼为医学资料,不容易满足有母数的统计假设,因此导入无母数中的拔靴法。本研究将管制图监控的方法运用于青光眼视野图的监控上,我们结合回归分析、信赖区间和拔靴法等提出一套监控视野图之方法。

dc.description.abstractGlaucoma is a serious disease that may cause total permanent blindness, which can destroy the retina nerve and cause visual filed loss. The aim of this thesis is to propose a method to monitor the visual filed loss such that it can help ophthalmologist to properly diagnose critical conditions earlier. There have been several regression models used to fit the visual filed loss data in the literature. In this study, we combine the regression analysis, confidence interval method and the bootstrap approach to propose a control chart for monitoring the visual filed loss.en_US
