dc.description.abstract青光眼為造成失明的主要病因之一,青光眼會破壞視神經、網膜神經,同時持續損害眼睛視野所能看見範圍之疾病,若放置不予理會,久而久之將造成視力嚴重損害,且一旦受損後將無法恢復,因此本研究目的是利用管制圖監控其變化,當青光眼患者在量測視野範圍時,能有效地監控視野變化及對異常情況提供警訊,以利幫助患者和給予醫生治療的建議。
醫學界在研究青光眼患者視野時,常採用迴歸模型來觀測患者視野變化之情況;工業界中常使用管制圖監控產品製作過程是否異常,因此將管制圖之理論用於青光眼疾病研究中。但青光眼為醫學資料,不容易滿足有母數的統計假設,因此導入無母數中的拔靴法。本研究將管制圖監控的方法運用於青光眼視野圖的監控上,我們結合迴歸分析、信賴區間和拔靴法等提出一套監控視野圖之方法。

dc.description.abstractGlaucoma is a serious disease that may cause total permanent blindness, which can destroy the retina nerve and cause visual filed loss. The aim of this thesis is to propose a method to monitor the visual filed loss such that it can help ophthalmologist to properly diagnose critical conditions earlier. There have been several regression models used to fit the visual filed loss data in the literature. In this study, we combine the regression analysis, confidence interval method and the bootstrap approach to propose a control chart for monitoring the visual filed loss.en_US
