Abstract: 混凝土為一種複合材料,由水泥、骨材、水、摻料等多種材料組合而成,是營建工程使用
最普遍之材料,高分子波特蘭水泥混凝土的應用就是利用乳膠狀的高分子材料改善傳統混
凝土的性質的一種方法,其主要利用高分子聚合物在混凝土中會形成連續性的薄膜組織以
抑制微細裂縫的發生與成長,提高混凝土的拉力強度、彎曲強度、耐久性、水密性、耐磨
損、耐衝擊性及耐藥品性好...等。本研究採用壓克力樹脂乳膠,以不同比例(依水泥
重量比計)及不同比例的 氯離子含量(依混凝土的體積比計)添加於混凝土中進行各項
試驗,以暸解高分子混凝土在不同的水灰比、壓克經由實驗結果顯示,添加壓克力乳液會
明顯降低混凝土的強度、靜彈性模數和動彈性模數,彈性模數發展之趨勢和強度發展的趨
勢相近。水中養護水泥砂漿之水溶性氯離子含量較空氣中養護水泥砂漿之水溶性氯離子含
量低。添加壓克力乳液會降低水溶性氯離子的含量,其降低之趨勢隨壓克力乳液添加量的
增加而降低。添加壓克力乳液會降低水泥砂漿之吸水率,水泥砂漿之吸水率隨壓克力乳液
添加量的增加而降低。
Concrete is a kind of complicate stuff which is combined of cement, aggregate,
water, admixture, and many other materials. It's the most general materials u
sed by engineers in construction engineering. One application of the Polymer-P
ortland Cement Concrete is to ameliorate the character of traditional concrete
by macromolecule latex. It mainly takes advantage of the macromolecule polyme
r that can form continuo's film matrix to restraint the occurrence and growing
of tinny cracking, enhance the pulling streThe result of the experiment showe
d us as following. The addition of acrylic latex can reduce apparently the str
ength and modulus of elasticity of concrete. The development of the strength a
nd modulus of elasticity of concrete drifted similarly. The content of water-s
olubility chloride ion in mortar which continuously moist-cured will be lower
than which stored continuously in air. Adding acrylic latex will reduce the co
ntent of water-solubility chloride ion. And by increasing the quantity of acry
lic latex
