dc.description.abstract | 隨著半導體製程進步至奈米的時代,電子元件尺寸也愈做愈小。另外消費性產品本身之体積也以輕、薄、短小而成為市場的主流,但相對的對於電磁耐受(EMS)的問題也是日益嚴重。商品一般除了需取得電磁干擾(EMI)的認證通過,同時也會對靜電的耐受能力加以規範要求,在歐盟地區則更將電磁耐受(EMS)列入為強制規範之要項,而靜電是其中之一的測試項目。 手持式產品因体積小,如設計不佳則容易受到靜電放電的影響,時常可見靜電產生時發生系統關機之現象,本論文是以手持式數位攝錄影機之開關線路,做為靜電干擾故障分析之研究對象。並以IEC(International Electoral Commission)所制定之IEC61000-4-2為測試之依據,分析手持式影像裝置開關線路受靜電干擾之耦合機制,並探討常用之濾波器對靜電干擾防治之影響。 | zh_TW |
