社會支持對網路成癮的影響

Abstract

本研究主要目的在於探討現實與網路社會支持對於網路成癮的影響。共有193名國立台灣大學學生參與本研究。本研究採問卷施測，受試者共填答現實社會支持、網路社會支持以及中文版網路成癮量表。研究結果顯示，現實社會支持對網路成癮具有負向預測效果；網路社會支持對網路成癮具有正向預測效果；然而，研究結果也指出現實社會支持與網路社會支持對網路成癮具有明顯的交互作用，顯示現實社會支持的多寡，對於網路社會支持與網路成癮的關係，具有調節作用。最後，研究者以依戀理論的觀點釋圖解釋社會支持對於網路成癮的影響歷程。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social support on Internet addiction. One hundred and ninety three students at National Taiwan University participated in this study. They completed the real life social support questionnaire, Internet social support questionnaire, and Chinese Internet Addiction Scale. Results revealed that real life social support had a negative relation with Internet addiction, Internet social support had a positive relation with Internet addiction, and real life and Internet social support had a significant interaction effect on Internet addiction, suggesting that the relationship between internet social support and Internet addiction was moderated by the amount of real life social support. Finally, the author adopted attachment theory to explain the role of social support on Internet addiction.
