摘要: | 本案例研究在探讨中小企业的G公司于本业发展中所遇到的瓶颈,由个人在领域中开创新市场后而独立成立新的公司,秉持一股热情与理想,决定投入在电子产业的市场,开发出手机面板后段模组测试用治具的新产品。于2009年开始创立新部门至今,从零开始,到现在成为国内的后段模组测试制造主要供应商。其间创立过程与策略并非一帆风顺,有成功也有失败,每一阶段都具有产业特色,也面临诸多的挑战,而透过许多关键决策的提出,让管理阶层人员能加以研究思考。 G公司的手机后段模组测试用治具部门走到了现在也仅有微薄的获利,整个发展谈不上成功。然而,本个案从公司外部大环境的剖析,再透视公司内部管理层面的SWOT分析、与五力分析所形成的策略,其执行的过程及结果却颇为值得分享。本案例研究并提出经营过程中值得与读者分享及省思的关键问题。 透过本个案的呈现,我们期许G公司能检讨目前的问题,提出解决方案,并能在未来持续的壮大现有的优势,克服目前的难题,达到获利及永续经营之目标。 This case study explore SME G company, by the founder who uphold an enthusiasm and ideals create a new markets in the field and set up a new independent company, decided to invest in the electronics industry market segment to develop the phone panel module testing for new products fixture. Began in 2009, he has created a new division, from scratch, and now become the major supplier testing fixture for LCM module manufacturer in Taiwan. During the beginning creation process not all company strategies are going well, there are successes and failures, each stage has the industry characteristics and also facing many challenges. Through many of the key decisions made, so that management managers can study them in depth thinking. After the G's mobile phone segment modular test fixture comes now only few profits, the whole development is still far from a success. However, the analysis of the case from the company's external environment, and then perspective SWOT analysis of the company's internal management level, through five forces analysis strategy formed by the process of its implementation, the results are really quite worth sharing. This case study proposed course of business critical issues and reflection worth sharing with readers. Through the presentation of this case, we expect the company to review the current G’s problems, propose solutions, and continue to grow and existing strengths in the future. Therefore we can overcome the current difficulties, to achieve the goals of sustainable development and profit for company G. |
