dc.description.abstractA公司為半導體消耗材料供應商,主要產品為各式膠帶與保護膜,客戶對象產業別為LED產業與IC封裝產業及觸控螢幕產業,產品主要之功能為提供客戶在製程上做使用,可用於晶圓切割、封裝成型、出貨保護產品外觀,由於各客戶在膠帶產品的需求上,各有不同尺寸之需求,因此產生各種膠帶尺寸的庫存,也因為各客戶間有相互代工的合作,因此也會有相同膠帶尺寸的需求,對於共用尺寸的需求,在庫存量上會有相對的放大,目前現行的庫存量則依各家客戶所開出之需求上的預測來備貨,長時間下來,不難發現在長鞭效應與景氣循環作用下,在某些時間上會有過高之存貨發生,而在某些時間點上又可能會發生備貨不及的情況。本研究以限制理論的需求拉動與緩衝管理模式(Demand Pull & Buffer Management)為基礎,透過理論的探討與實際歷史資料的驗證,加上未來持續改善的機制,期能顯著的改善個案公司的庫存管理問題。zh_TW

Because every customer is on the glue demand with products, the demand for the size that have nothing in common with each other.Produce the stock of different size of the sticky tape. There is cooperation of taking the place of the worker each other because among every customer, and there is the same glue demand with size. To the demand for sharing the size, there is relative enlarging on the volume of stock, the present current volume of stock prepares the goods in accordance with the prediction on the demand which every customer opens, will come down for a long time. It is easy to find it under the long whip effect and prosperous circulation function. Too high stock ,it take place in some time,it but happen prepare the goods in some time point as situation. This research (Demand Pull & Buffer Management) by way of restraining demand for the theory from spuring and buffering and managing Based on,discussion through the theory one and verification of materialses historicals real, in addition, mechanism that improve until future continuously, a problem of management of stock of improvement case company that can be apparent.en_US
