| dc.description.abstract | 本研究以高壓固態合成法,合成並研究鐠取代稀土元素(釤,釓,鈥)鋇銅 氧247超導體.這一系列樣品於攝氏溫度 980 至 990 度,壓力 20 至 36 巴氧壓下合成,接著於攝氏溫度 320 度, 110-115 巴氧壓下,長時間退火 鍛燒.系列之單相樣品最大值,分別是取代量為 0.5(釤), 0.6(釓),及 0.7(鈥).而其所有系列樣品,晶格常數及晶格體積,皆隨著鐠取代量之增加 而增加,晶格扭曲值則隨著鐠取代量之增加而逐漸變小.樣品之超導相轉變 溫度,則隨著鐠取代量增加,而受到抑制,分別從絕對溫度 69(釤), 70(釓), 92(鈥)度,降至 20(釤), 20(釓), 8(鈥)度.本研究也量測系列樣 品其電阻率與磁性對溫度的關係與微結構等. | zh_TW |
