摘要: | 本研究之目的,是希望可以探讨在目前之社会情境脉络中,高科技产业公关人员与记者之间的权力关系,其中辅以Bourdieu之资本概念加以探讨之,在研究方法上采用的是深度访谈法,访谈对象包括高科技产业公关、记者以及学者,分析工具则为Nudist Vivo软体,研究结果发现,高科技产业公关所优先拥有的资本种类─如科技知识、企业团体结构…等,将会成为公共关系之策略工具,进而在高科技产业公关与记者之间,形成权力差距,而网际网路工具使用的频繁,亦成为一种权力展现的方式,本研究的结论提供学术界将“公共关系”置于社会责任论的脉络下观察之,同时亦能提供企业在运用公共关系时,所应注重之公众利益层面的参考。 The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship of power between publicist and journalist in high-tech industry. Bourdieu’s concept of capital is used to assist within this research. An in-depth interview is used, with members of high-tech publicist, journalist and scholar was interviewed. The instrument used to analyze is Nudist VIVO. The result shows that the knowledge of technology and the fellowship structure of enterprise , which being a kind of capital that high-tech publicist owned first will be the instrument of strategy in public relationship. And further will form the gap of power between publicist and journalist. Also, the frequently use of on-line instrument will become a way of power representation. This result could provide a new point of view to communication academic for how to observe public relationship in the context of social responsibility theory, and also provide the reference of using public relationship as the public benefit to enterprise. |
