防波堤(含消波塊)景觀改善之研究

Abstract

1. 整理台灣地區主要觀光漁港之防波堤(含消波塊)之使用情形及設置必要性。 2. 分析並建立防波堤(含消波塊)景觀因子，並評估現有漁港之防波堤(含消波塊)影響景觀之程度。 3. 擬定具體可行之防波堤(含消波塊)景觀改善對策，作為改善建設執行之參考。 4. 選定防波堤(含消波塊)景觀改善之示範性建設漁港，提供政府建設投資依據，以期展現具體之施政績效。

The investigation examines the visual impact of the breakwaters and armored blocks on overall environments at fishing port. The fist step to choose more than ten fishing ports to collect all blocks and their arrangement set on the breakwaters. The second step is to have visual assession on the shape and arrangement of armored blocks and the profile of breakwaters. After we know the visually awful factors influencing on visual impacts, the third step is to propose some possible ways for removing the awful visual factors from the blocks and arrangement set on breakwaters now. Finally, we will select a fishing port as a demo base and give some comments on modifying the blocks and breakwaters.
