永續發展整合研究中程規劃---環境科技組

Abstract

主要在以永續發展為目標下規劃以環境工程及環境科學範疇下之科技發展方向及 議題，環境工程範疇下包括土地利用、資源消耗與排放物削減(來自工業、建築業、運 輸業及農業)等面向的技術發展，環境科學範疇下包括環境中物理、化學及微生物變化 之監測及影響評估，而同屬工程及科學兩範疇下之議題則包括污染物傳輸與污染物在空 氣、水中及土壤裡的質變。而符合永續發展理念的環境科技發展目的為減少人類及生態 污染風險、提昇技術成本競爭力、改善工業製程效率及生產具環境友善的產品及工業製 程。因此，本計畫將以過去永續會「環境保護」領域所推動的議題及執行計畫主題基礎 上，參酌先進國家永續發展相關組織之文件資料，擬出符合未來發展的「環境科技」面 向之研究方向及議題，並進一步透過國內專家問卷及諮詢會議對所提出之研究方向及議 題作優先順序之篩選及國內可投入人力專長之分析，以利未來有效推動所規劃之主題研 究。

The main of the planning is toward a sustainable future. Planning is forward to the environmental engineering and science. The environmental engineering is including the land use, resource, consumption, and emissions (come from the industry, buildings, transportation, agriculture) etc. at the technological developing. The environment monitoring and impact assessment of physical, chemical, and biological changes in the environment are under the science categories. Belong to the topics of engineering and science is including pollutant transport and transformation in air water, and soils. Accord with the technology development of the sustainable ideas are in order to reduce the mankind and ecology pollutant risks, promote technological cost competitiveness, improve industry process efficiency and produce the friendly productions in the environment. So, the planning will be a foundation on the topic that the field promoted and execution plan on the 「environmental protection」 in the pasting Sustainable Development Research Committee. Consider the files of the correlated organizations on development in advanced countries. Draw up the research directions and topics of 「environmental science」 that accord with the development in the future. Through the domestic expert』s questionnaires and meetings to put forward the priority of the research directions and topics and can invest the analysis of the manpower. It is beneficial to promote the theme research of planning effectively in the future.
