Abstract:	A pharmaceutical carrier and a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting angiogenesis are disclosed. The pharmaceutical carrier of the present invention comprises: a drug carrier; and a polypeptide linked to a surface of the drug carrier, wherein the polypeptide comprises a receptor binding domain of vascular endothelial growth factor.
