諮詢對產學合作專案形成之研究

Abstract

產學合作與技術移轉是一個古老的議題。各國產業利用學術研發成果，提高技術競爭的門檻，形成產業創新競賽，蔚為風潮；故強化產學合作機制，已成為產業發展的重要措施。然，產學間對研發技術的後續發展，存在不確定風險，再加上產業用語溝通的差異，使得學術研發成果要有效移轉，並成為企業經營利器，非僅賴優良研發技術，始能竟功。本研究旨在探討產業發展需求與研發技術諮詢部份，學術機構如何發揮促進產學合作專案之諮詢功能。最後，本文以成功之產學合作專案做為示範案例。

Industry-academia cooperation and technology transfer is an immemorial issue. It is uncertainty of follow-up on the development of R&D and industry differences in communication skills. The academic R&D results are not the only good that can succeed to make the effective transfer to industry. Using the results of academic research to improve the technological competitiveness of the threshold is a growing trend. Therefore, to strengthen industry-university cooperation mechanism has become an important industry strategy. To promote industry-academia cooperation projects, academic institutions need to plan of counseling. In this study, we adopt two dimensions, the industrial development needs clarity and academic R&D results clarity, to explain the role of ”consultation involved” in industry-university cooperation project. Finally, successful industry-academia cooperation projects will be an illustration case.
