Abstract:	移動估計是現今常見視訊編碼中之重要單元, 本計畫將試圖設計一個移動估計之超大型積體電路架構,此架構將考慮利用一個稱「三階運算法」的移動估計方法,三階運算法是一個層次式的搜尋方法,其運算將較地毯式的搜尋法來得簡單, 可是其所找到之移動向量也不如地毯式的搜尋法精確.
