| Abstract: | 美國哈佛醫學院自1985年起開始推動New Pathway新課程迄今，已近20年，內部已經開始檢討課程的缺失，主要是臨床教學出現了問題，原因是在過去10年之中，醫療環境已經起了很大的變化，醫療給付完全由健康管理組織所掌控，這種管理式醫療以有限資源提供高品質醫療照顧且避免醫療費用過度膨脹 |
