袋包使用彈性與結構設計

Abstract

袋包已成為日常生活中不可或缺的一部份， 除了搭配服飾、展現個人風格的作用之外，更重要的是袋包是攜帶個人物品的功能，以及隨身移動、承裝容納的空間，對於使用者而言，袋包的功能不只是容器，更像是隨身移動的「家」。對於每天都會接觸使用，同時也是發展完善的產品，還有哪些地方需要改進，透過探索找尋可能的發展空間。

創作的構想內容由觀察、詢問、收集相關資料以及創作者自身的生活經驗而得，一方面釐清袋包的產品特性，另一方面觀察袋包的使用情形，歸納出創作的發展方向。針對構想進行造型、尺寸、材料、結構、剪裁與製作方式的測試，經過評估與調整修正得到合理的搭配而完成作品。

以袋包的彈性與構成表達袋包的多元化，調整袋包外觀造形與變動內容空間以及重組構成的元素， 同時也反映出使用者多樣的使用與操作行為，呈現袋包與人之間多變的互動形式。由創作歷程中的感受以及創作造形元素，以DNA作為系列作品主題，展現出袋包如同DNA一般，有著持續演化以及各自轉變的多樣性。最後挑選出連結、衍生、浮華、綻放以及翅這五個構想，共製作九件作品展出。

Bag has become part of our everyday life. Instead of showing personal style or an accessory of dress, bag is a private space for carrying personal stuff. For some user it is more like a “portable home”. They keep us contact with our daily life. We use them every single day. Though the creation of bag has been centuries, we still find problems while using them. Therefore how to improve such well-developed product became my issue.

The concepts of this project come from observation, interview and self-experience of using bag. The character and usage of bag are analyzed during the process of finding direction of concept development. The specification, which contains form, size, material, structure, and manufacture process of each concept model is arranged and revised for applicable result.

Inspired by the process of design and form of project, the main theme of this project is “DNA”. This project shows the continued evolution as well as DNA of bag. Various faces of bag have been revealed through adjustable usage and structure. The appearance, interior and elements of bag reflect the changing interaction between user and bag. As the outcome of this project, five concepts were selected and made into nine prototypes.
