Abstract: | 本論文探討半導體廠商在開發完新製程技術後,如何有效的將這些技術指派到適合的工廠生產。本研究就半導體代工廠所面對到的問題作深入的探討,整理出影響新製程指派效應的重要準則:公司政策、新製程與工廠的合適度、購買新機台預算、和引進新製程為公司增加的利益 ,提出一套系統化的方法來評估各工廠在這些準則上的表現,隨之,整合這些評估值, 輔助企業做出最有效的決策。在本論文中,將此一系統化的方法應用到台灣某一半導體代工廠,而結果顯示此一系統化的方法可以提供合適的指派方案,有效地幫助公司提升獲利及維持領先優勢。 This study addresses the issue of assigning new processes to fabs after new processes have been developed in Semiconductor Foundry Industry. Criteria which affect the consequence of new process assignment is explored and defined. These criteria are policy, suitability, budget for new machines purchasing, and profit. A systematical method is proposed to evaluate the performance of fabs on the four criteria and to support managerial executives’ decisions of assigning new processes to fabs. Furthermore, the proposed methodology is applied to a case study of a Taiwan semiconductor company. The result shows that the proposed methodology is able to provide effective solutions. Also, it can raise a firm’s profit and enhance its competitiveness in the future |
