Abstract: | 在生產飲料易開罐之蓋面過程中,影響易開蓋之正常開啟的因素有很多。例如材料機械性質、厚度、捲封尺寸、裝填真空狀況、拉環組裝強度、切線之殘留厚度,甚至於機械、模具等條件造成之加工尺寸、表面狀態的變化等多項因素。本研究以鋁合金薄板(厚度0.25mm,規格JIS A 5182-H19或AISI 5182-H19 ALLOYS)為材料,藉由切線之殘留厚度、拉環組裝強度、裝填真空狀況、蓋板面壓力等四個參數,並利用田口式參數設計規劃實驗,探討易開蓋於不同的參數組合下的正常開啟時的品質變化,並且嘗試找出具有最佳的加工參數組合。
同時依評估找出最大影響因子,再改變因子的尺寸做實驗証明並以可靠度分析其影響範圍,與樣品的實際尺寸比對,以驗證實驗的結果與樣品的影響範圍的正確性。 Many factors affect the easiness of a successful opening of the SOT (Stay on Tab) beverage ends. These factors include material’s mechanical properties, thickness, seaming status, vacuum pressure after seaming, tab strength, score residual thickness, machine characteristics and shape of tooling etc. In this study a very thin aluminum alloy sheet was adopted as the experimental material (stock thickness 0.25 mm, JIS A 5182-H19 or AISI 5182-H19 alloy). Four (4) parameters, namely score residual thickness, tab strength, vacuum pressure, panel depth were choose as experimental variables. Experiment condition were organized by Taguchi method, failure of the opening of the SOT beverage ends were carefully studied. The last target is found the best specification to support the production running in stable quality. |
