Abstract: | 國內土木科系之營建管理相關課程,對於採購協商此議題大都無深入探討,因此本
研究建立一套符合我國營建實務環境之網路式採購協商遊戲教學軟體,希望藉由情境式
遊戲讓學生能實際參與協商過程應用協商策略,學習營建採購專案之過程及培養管理營
建專案之能力。
本研究遊戲中營建採購過程之活動主要為搜尋供應商、詢價、報價、比價及議題協
商等五個階段,各階段將訓練學生如:搜尋優良廠商、物料價格之掌握、廠商回報價格之
適當性、協商廠商之恰當性。協商議題採用林育群(2003)專家訪談之結果為大宗採購、
預付款模式、計價模式、地域性差價模式及便利交易模式等。從這五項主要議題中,其
設計主要掌握遊戲的特性,如:採購時數量多寡、對成本造成之影響性、付款方式的決策、
運輸成本的掌控性、物料流通的管理,依各議題內容的不同遊戲過程中可採用不同協商
策略進行協商,作為訓練學生行使協商策略之遊戲。本研究為了驗證學習成效,於系統
建置完成後向交通大學土木系營管組研究所學生發放使用後調查問卷,分析系統對於使
用者在學習效益與滿意度之評估,以利後續研究分析。 Most construction management program of civil engineering in Taiwan doesn’t focus on the issue of construction procurement negotiation, therefore, this research establish a set of construction procurement negotiation web-based teaching program that conform to the actual practice circumstance of construction, and it is hoped that this research may provide the students with the actual participant of the negotiation process and the application of negotiation tactics, and may let them learn the process of the construction procurement project and train them for the ability to manage the construction projects. The main activities of construction procurement process of the teaching program in this research are searching for the suppliers, negotiating price, quotation, price competition, and issues negotiation, each trains the students for searching for a good supplier, controlling the price of material, and the appropriateness of the supplier’s quotation and the supplier. The negotiation issues use the result of interview with expert Yu-Chun Lin are mass procurement, advance payment, and payment period. From these issues, like the amount of procurement, the influence of the cost, the tactics of the way of payment, the control of the transport cost, and the management of the material flow, the different issues of the teaching program can use different tactics to negotiate with each other, and it could train the students to practice negotiate the strategy. For testing and verifying the learning effects, questionnaires were sent to the graduate students from the department of civil engineering, National Chiao Tung University, after the teaching program system was set, and the research has analyzed and evaluated the learning result and the satisfaction of the users. |
