Abstract: | 近幾年綠能產業在全球興起一股難以抵抗的風潮,各個先進國家無一不將各種相關資源投入其中,以期能在這一波綠能創新的浪潮中佔有一席之地。由於前景看好,計畫大量擴產的太陽能產業業者愈來愈多,本研究的主要目的即為協助個案公司產能擴充策略擬定。
本研究利用文獻分析的方式搭配層級分析法進行台灣結晶矽太陽能電池產能擴充策略分析,先蒐集並消化研究主題相關的文獻,整理出影響產能擴充策略的五個因素及四項產能擴充策略。再透過層級分析法並經由專家問卷,選出個案公司最佳的產能擴充策略,提供給個案公司參考。
本研究發現,影響產能擴充策略的五個因素中「需求的成長率與變化性」與「技術創新的方向與速率」對產能擴充策略影響最重要,而研究結果顯示「時機策略」為當前較佳的產能擴充策略方案。 In recent years,the green energy industry forms a trend in the world.All advanced countries invest a lot of resources in the green energy industry and expect to gain a significant market share.Due to the prosepects are brightening,more and more solar industry are planning to expand capacity. The main purpose of study is to help the case company proposed capacity expansion strategy. The research explores the strategic analysis of crystalline solar cells capacity expansion in Taiwan by literature review with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. The study collect and absorb literature related to research topic and sort out five factor that will influence strategy of capacity expansion and five strategies of capacity expansion.The study measure and analyze the outcome through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and expert questionnaire to provide the best capacity expansion plan for the G energy corporation. The conclusion of research show the factor of the growth rate and variability of demand and the rate and direction of technological innovation affected the capacity expansion plan most. The results also show that timing strategy is the best capacity expansion plan for the moment. |
