Abstract: | 本研究利用地表淺層水源配合中央空調系統和以不開啟熱回收冰水主機進行節能系統設計,進而關閉熱水相關設備;並能達到現有LED封裝廠之空調系統架構及工廠之無塵室內溫濕度(23□C±3□C,RH 50%±10%)之需求。地表淺層水源成分中含有生菌類及雜質,需與化學藥劑穩定定量搭配和定期排放,方使冷卻水循環運轉,達到水質管控良效,進而表現在冷卻水熱交換上。本研究設計之節能系統在運轉操控後,空調系統用電度數明顯降低,達到節省能源耗損及降低運轉成本,操作人員定期分析資料庫,日後重覆套用以降低全系統耗能,讓工廠更節能,降低生產成本,提高競爭力。 This thesis studies the energy efficiency of factory central air conditioner system combined with groundwater cooling assistant. The proposed energy-saving system can meet the demand of clean room temperature and humidity requirement (23□ 3□C, RH 50% ± 10%) for existing LED packaging factory without the operation of heat recovery chiller system and water-related equipment. Groundwater’s composition contains impurities and fungus, which need chemistry reactant to stabilize water quality, and drain off regularly for performance in the heat exchange with cooling water. The experimental statistic data revealed that the air conditioner system electric consumption is significantly reduced. The study results provide operators to periodically analyze the database of energy consumption and operation costs for typical usage of repeating setup to improve factory central air conditioner system. This energy saving system leads factory to better economy environment and to improve market competitiveness of products. |
