Abstract: | 本研究是以新竹科學園區某半導體公司為研究對象,建構一個網頁系統整合該公司現有分散於各處資訊系統內的品質失敗成本資料,以提供該公司各階層的決策者有效且即時地掌握品質失敗成本的資訊。
本研究所建構的品質失敗成本網頁系統以該公司的現況分析為出發點,配合與該公司主管們的實地訪談,定義出系統所需要納入的功能。本系統由網頁畫面伺服器、失敗成本系統與資料庫系統組成,主要功能分為失敗成本月結比例及金額統計、多維度分析、維護目標值及權限設定。使用者可透過此系統訂定之品質目標值及過去品質失敗成本數據為基礎,即時確認生產線上之品質狀況,持續改善以降低不必要的製造成本浪費。
本研究在此品質失敗成本網頁系統於案例公司使用後,以問卷方式收集該公司相關使用者對此系統在使用上的滿意度程度,根據問卷分析結果,本研究發現該系統提供的資料及功能等方面之滿意狀況由「非常同意」、「同意」佔了73%來看,表示該公司相關使用者對品質失敗成本網頁系統相當滿意。 In the case study, a semiconductor company in Hsinchu Science Park has been selected as the research object. The company constructs a web-based system to integrate the company's existing information of quality failure cost data which is scattered throughout every information system and provides those efficient and timely information to the decision-makers at all levels of the company. The quality failure cost web-based system has been constructed based on the company's current situation analysis as a starting point and the system's functional requirements have been defined after field interviews with the directors. This system is composed of Web screen server, the failure cost system and the database system. The main function is divided into the monthly failure cost ratio and the statistics on the amount, multi-dimensional analysis, the target value of maintenance and permission settings. Through the quality target and the data of past quality failures cost determined by this system, the users can check the quality status on the production line instantly and to improve continuously in order to reduce unnecessary manufacturing cost. In this case study, the company collected the data of the relevant users ‘ degree of satisfaction with questionnaires and came out an analysis after A company started to use this quality failure cost web-based system. This study found out that the satisfaction status ratio for "strongly agree", and "agree" for the system’ information and functional aspects is around 73%, which means the company’s relevant users are quite satisfied with the quality failure cost web-base system. |
