Abstract: 台灣許多中小企業如何有效地管理和運用人力資源,已成為企業經營成敗的關鍵。企業的管理者面對的最迫切的問題是如何能夠吸引和留住人才。公司在招募員工時要考慮公司各部門用人狀況需要和分配,也要考慮人才的專長和能力「量才適用,適才所用」讓個人做自己擅長的事,對管理者來說,所用之人都能全力以赴,完成企業所負的使命。 企業內部領導者應該考慮到用什麼方法或手段刺激管理階層和屬下們積極主動的發揮最大價值,達成工作目標 ,這是本研究想要研究的重點。 本研究欲探討之的重點: 一、了解中小企業激勵制度的方式、時機、情況。 二、了解中小企業懲罰制度的方式、時機、情況。 三、企業提升員工士氣的概況。 四、分析中小企業獎懲制度、提升員工士氣對員工歸屬感的關係。 本研究以深入訪談中小企業的管理者與員工,蒐集資料加以分析討論,並介紹數個實際案例說明。
The key to business success for many small and medium-size enterprises in Taiwan is knowledge on how to effectively use human resources management. The most pressing issue for enterprise managers is attracting and retaining talent. When the company recruits staff for each department, they should carefully consider the needs of each department and distribute required expertise and capabilities. This is the mission for the managers. Enterprise leaders should consider what means to motivate the management and the employees to their best performance proactively. The purpose of my study is to help enterprise to achieve this key point. The main points of this study are: 1.Understanding incentive systems of small and medium enterprises for employees’ morale with the best means, timing and circumstances. 2.Understanding penalty systems of small and medium enterprises for employees’ discipline with the best means, timing and circumstances. 3.An overview of enterprises in order to elevate staff morale. 4.Analyzing incentive and penalty systems of small and medium enterprises to elevate employees’ morale and loyalty to enterprises. This study is based on deep interviews with multiple managers and employees of enterprises. I collected data, discussed and analyzed actual case studies.
