Abstract: 鞋楦量測是鞋楦經設計與製造之後,最重要的確認工作項目.傳統的
鞋楦量測工作,都是以人工方式量測完成,其過程完全是憑藉個人的經驗
與熟練程度,來決定鞋楦量測的品質.因此本文提出利用高科技設備來對
鞋楦進行自動化量測檢驗的工作.本研究利用雷射線式三次元掃瞄機,掃
瞄取得鞋楦模型資料,並發展多個演算法,由掃瞄所得之資料中,自動擷
取出鞋楦重要組合部份的形態資料,所擷取出的鞋楦特徵資料又以數字化
,圖線化的方式彙總,利用電腦圖學的技術顯現於電腦螢幕上,方便資料
的比對與參考.本文所發展的鞋楦3D模型構建與特徵資料量測系統,已在
PC/486系統以C語言模擬實作完成,實驗結果相當令人滿意.
The shoe last measurement is an important work to assure
the quality of design and manufacturing. Traditionally , the
measurement is done byexperienced technician . In this paper , a
new measurement method isproposed using hight technological
equipment . A high speed and highprecision 3D scanner is used to
obtain the shoe last data . The associatedfeature values of the
shoe last can then be derived by a set of algorithms . The
extracted shoe last feature values and shoe last model are shown
on themonitor by using computer graphics techniques . This will
be convenient forcomparison and reference . The proposed 3D shoe
last construction and feature measurement system has been
implement on PC/486 in C language . Experimental results show
that the proposed system is very feasible and effective .
