Abstract: | 為配合台灣電力公司推行責任中心制度, 對不同等級燃煤儲運場部門 績效能予互比, 其所依據之績效評估指標與權重頗值得進一步探討, 以能 達成績效評估之目的. 本研究主要在探討不同等級的燃煤儲運場部門, 其 要作績效成績互比時, 如何選定績效評估指標與權重, 使各級燃煤儲運場 部門的績效互比具有意義, 並對推行"責任中心"制度有正面的影響. 本 研究以各級燃煤儲運場之主要經營管理人員的多重參與模式為研究方法, 經由訪談 討論, 探討出燃煤儲運場之指標項目, 並二度以問卷調查蒐集 研究資料並經統計分析後, 得到四個不同等級的燃煤儲運場部門予以互比 的績效評估綜合指標. 本研究結果可提供關於企業內部對業務性質相同 但有不同規模等級的分支部門的績效要予互比, 其評估指標與權重如何處 理配合的知識, 協助企業界依分支部門規模 作業方式之差異, 設計或調 整績效管理制度, 以提昇企業整體經營績效. In accordance with Taipower's "Cost control Approach", it its quite necessary to develop a Coal Yard Performance Evaluating Synthetic Index for properly evaluating all Taipower's Coal Yard performance as well as its ranking. Basedon this assumption, the purpose of this text is to study how to choose the criteria and the way of weighting for evaluating all Coal Yard performance.By adopting of many coal yard managers' multi-joint brainstorming as researchmethod, I collected thed required data through mutual discussion and two timesquestionnaire survey. After studying the statistical data and concluded a fourformulation of Coal Yard performance evaluating Synthetic Indexes in this text.The results of this study provide a references and guidance to the businessmanagement for the evaluation of different granch office's performance, its evaluating criteria and weighting can be re-designed and readjusted to achievethe prupose of the management system on-going in business in order to enhance and improve the future business performance. |
