Abstract: 直昇機吊卸過程普遍會有振動的現象,如升力的變化與衝擊力的作用。本研究利用一懸吊系統產生的控制力來抑制,使得直昇機在吊卸過程中沒有安全的顧慮。此懸吊系統為圓輪、液壓致動器、懸吊彈簧、纜繩與橫向調節器所組成。液壓致動器為懸吊系統之傳動機構,與電位計、伺服放大器、伺服閥互相連接,形成線性系統方塊圖,並給予適當的參數。 本文嘗試用MATLAB來模擬升力變化與致動器,升力變化的結果可視為致動器的輸入值。經由模擬可知,致動器經0.04~0.06秒的作用與修正,可達到我們理想的輸出值。
Vibration exists in most of helicopter unloading, especially for the change of lift and the action of impact force. In this research, a suspension system is used to suppress vibration securing the safety during helicopter unloading. This suspension system consists of circular disk, hydraulic actuator, suspension spring, cable and transverse conditioner. Hydraulic actuator which is a transmission mechanism of this suspension system is connected with the potentiometer, the servo compensation and the servo valve. In this research, MATLAB is used to simulate the change of lift with and without the action of actuator. The results show that the actuator acts 0.04~0.06 second will force eliminate most vibration.
