Abstract: 知識管理對公司營運的貢獻 學生:崔世和 指導教授:楊千 博士 國立交通大學 高階主管管理學程碩士班 摘 要 本論文研究之重點,在於如何利用知識管理來達到提升公司營運的績效,並帶來實質的貢獻,在一片知識管理的熱潮中,能順勢而為扎下基礎! 誠然知識管理是屬於社會科學,要想做到具體且能量化的評價模式有一定的難度,並非本研究的宗旨,然而,公司在日復一日的營運過程中,卻免除不了許許多多存在於組織運作上的“失誤”所造成的“浪費”,因此,以公司發展過程所遭遇到的重大事件為探討,試圖分析出公司的優點及學習心得,希冀能有截長補短的功效,當然,若能以知識管理的手段來建立高效率的作業模式,從而帶來對公司營運的貢獻,將是本研究的直接效益! 本研究從第一章的研究動機切入,並選擇泰詠電子股份有限公司為探討對象始,第二章則是有關知識管理的研讀心得與整理,針對各學者專家對知識及知識管理的定義有一彙總,可揣摩知識管理的精髓,另外對知識的屬性及特質,以及如何進行知識管理等都有基本的描述。第三章的研究方法則以三個個案的倒敘說明及追溯分析,分別對公司過去發生、現在進行及未來很可能有類似情形的公司合併、投資設廠及引進重大客戶的案例進行探討,第四章則以知識管理的角度來看待三個案例,並提出日後類似個案的掌握要點,希冀能收提綱挈領之效!做好有效的經驗傳承,第五章則是總結研究結論與心得、建議。 如同大多數的社會科學,知識管理雖已有許多的描述與做法,然而實際的效益卻仍難以直接評價,本研究以過去、現在及未來的時間為軸,自我評價及期許,企盼能逐步加強知識管理,在競爭日激的時代,使得公司能藉由高效率的學習與發揮,持續創造良好的經營績效,對經濟社會做出具體的貢獻!
The contribution to corporation running by knowledge management Student : Shyh Ho Tsuei Advisor : Dr. Chyan Yang Master Program of Management for Executives National Chiao Tung University ABSTRACT A procedure is set to develop how to introduce the knowledge management for better performance and arise more contribution to the corporation in the heat of knowledge management. There are many good research papers and books discussed about knowledge management. Seldom of them mentioned about how to measure the effectiveness or contributions by knowledge management ! It is really hard to measure but it doesn’t mean that we can not count on knowledge management. In our daily life, so many “waste” happened again and again just because of if I knew…or I should have known…etc, regret itself won’t change a thing but could remind us of avoiding or having an better arrangement in advance in the future, but whoever can be so sure ? History is our best teacher, we could learn from him. Since every company has its own structure, value and culture…etc., if we could abstract and keep something from what we have learned and make it a model for everyone’s reference, how much contributions it could bring ? The more we’ve learned, the more we know, the better chance we’ll have ! There are three cases discussed about three major events in Top Union’s history, and there will be more similar cases to come. In the cases study, it was not just keep a record, but analysis and try to find something in common, in other words, the key points for business running and brings contributions. Efficient of learning and accurate of operation is what we pray to achieve, which is possible by a good knowledge management system. The conclusion of the study includes 1. Openness, Learning and Empowerment 2. Gain after customer 3. Pa → pA is a must for new concept and/or system set up. These will be carried out as the core competencies of Top Union now and ever.
