Abstract: | 本研究之主要架構以創新密集服務矩陣為基礎,建構物聯網系統服務產業之定位分析,以物聯網系統服務主導商四種服務模式搭配產、學、研(物聯網系統服務廠、運營商、學術研究與研發單位)領域觀點,發展物聯網系統服務模式定位。分析歸納出切入物聯網服務產業角度,尋找物聯網系統服務產業的關鍵成功要素,提出各服務模式未來發展的經營策略。
本研究根據創新密集服務矩陣分析結果得出四種物聯網系統服務模式現在與未來定位,各相對定位配置關鍵之內部活動因子和外部資源,輔助相對應之服務定位發展。從物聯網服務產業相關業者觀點來看,認為未來政府除扮演制定相關法令及維持產業秩序的角色外,亦應採行適當的獎勵措施,提供良好誘因,鼓勵企業積極投入;電信運營商則應主動提供具潛力及創新的先進技術服務平台;系統集成商或服務提供商需依未來需求之多樣性,彈性開發不同的業務或服務平台;軟硬件集成商可通過與運營商的密切合作,搭建多功能智能終端系統、建構更人性化的虛擬平台及應用程式商店(如Google store, APP store)。
本研究將產、學、研三大領域觀點結合目前最具潛力四大物聯網系統服務模式,藉由業界專家定位各種服務模式發展,以多元的角度發展策略,創造更多高附加價值與知識密集之活動。
關鍵字:服務模式、創新密集服務、物聯網、物聯網系統服務 This study is intended to provide an investigation of a strategic assessment of an alliance strategy in the Internet of Things (IoT), based on Innovation-Intensive Services (IIS) matrix position analysis as a main analytical framework, which analyzes a sound exploitation of the four IoT service potential business models, it’s not only for the existing incumbents but also new and innovative players. According to the IIS matrix position analysis, this study examines critical successful factors including value activities and externalities of four IoT business models for future strategy development reference. Each service approach presents the current and future positioning that was located key internal factors and external resources to assist strategic development. By the statistical analysis result from the three industrial specialists’ perspectives questionnaires survey, it clearly revealed that: 1. Government: to develop relevant laws, regulations and appropriate incentives to encourage industry investment is neccessary. 2. Telecom operators: to provide potential and innovative service platform with advanced technologies. 3. System and service integrator: to develop different business or service platform in diversity and flexibility for various applications. 4. Hardware and software integrators: to cooperate with telecom operators to build multi-functional intelligent terminal system to construct a friendly virtual platform or APP stores (such as Google store, APP store). In this paper, the four service approaches are combined with the three industry specialists’ perspectives to develop each position for more value-added and knowledge-intensive activities. This will effectively support the development of an IoT ecosystem that encourages development of new applications and new business models.
