Abstract: | 酒後開車所帶來之傷亡已成為嚴重之社會問題,除了透過法律手段制裁,政府近年來推出酒後代駕服務,期望能雙管齊下改善酒駕問題。酒後代駕服務於2013年6月新執法規定上路後,需求有增多之趨勢,但有些車隊卻面臨計程車駕駛不願意提供酒後代駕服務之問題,因此本研究欲瞭解造成計程車駕駛酒後代駕意願低落之原因。本研究針對全臺灣唯二推出酒後代駕服務之直轄市進行抽樣調查,欲瞭解臺北與臺中的計程車駕駛執行酒後代駕服務意願之影響原因與檢視其中是否有因地區不同而存在之差異。研究發現代駕過程中威脅存在的可能性不會直接影響駕駛的代駕意願,威脅所造成的嚴重程度才會直接影響計程車駕駛之酒後代駕意願。而臺北與臺中在影響計程車駕駛代駕意願之因素上的確有差異,臺北之計程車駕駛會受態度與主觀規範影響酒後代駕之意願;臺中之計程車駕駛會則會受到態度、知覺行為控制與知覺嚴重性直接影響駕駛員執行酒後代駕的意願。 Problems brought by driuk driving casualties has become a serious social issue, in addition to sanctions through legal means, the government launched a designated driver services which served by taxi drivers in recent years, hoping to improve problem of drunk driving in both ways .After the new enforcement provisions launched in 2013 June, there is a growing demand trend on designated driver services However, some teams are facing the problem of taxi drivers are reluctant to provide the services Therefore, the study is to understand the reason for the low willingness to practice designated driver services. Only two of Taiwan city launched designated driver services and therefore chosed on behalf of a sample survey In the study, more information were access to analyze about the taxi drivers in Taipei and Taichung the cause and willingness to perform the designated driver services and whether there were differences exist due to different region.The study founf that the possibility to encounter the existence of a threat during designated driver services does not directly affect the intention, the perceived severity of the threat will instead directly affect the intention.Indeed, Taipei and Taichung do have differences in factors affecting taxi drivers’willingness to serve designated driver services. The willingness to drive of the Taipei taxi drivers will be affected by attitudes and subjective norms.The willingness to drive of the Taichung taxi drivers will be affected by attitudes, perceived behavioral control and perceived severity on the other hand. |
