Abstract:	A straightforward method for the rapid detection of the presence of glutathione S-transferase (GST)-tagged proteins from sample solutions using glutathione (GSH)-bound gold nanoclusters (Au@GSH NCs) with luminescence properties as the detection probes by simple observation with the naked eye was proposed in this study.
