Abstract: 摘 要 本研究主要是探討在加捷公司多層次傳銷事業經營中,以每週和每月固定聚會方式協助成員的活動,和「組織業績穩定成長」的關聯性。由於傳銷組織每人背景差異很大,經由經常性聚會,增加了溝通,同時,也可將彼此產品的使用和事業的經營讓更多人了解,提升了全體組織效率。因為「見面」次數增加,人和人之間良性互動也比較容易產生。 本研究顯示,每週和每月固定聚會和業績穩定成長有絕對的正 比關係,值得社會上從事多層次傳銷事業的朋友們參考。
Abstract The main purpose of this study is to investigate, within Chiajei Multi-Level-Marketing Business, the relationship between “the Steady Growth of Group Business” and “the Regular Weekly and Monthly Meeting Activities designed to help members”. Because of different backgrounds of members in a direct marketing organization, through regular meetings we can better understand and help each another, share business experiences, as well as the experiences of using the products, and thus to improve the organizational efficiency of the whole group. Because of the increase in face-to-face contacts, better people-to-people interactions are more likely to occur. This study shows that there is a definite linear (proportional) relationship between the Steady Growth of Group Business and the Weekly and Monthly Meeting Activities, a good reference for those in Multi-Level-Marketing Business.
