Abstract: | 目前應用於室內的空氣清淨機中,以過濾網來除塵者占多數,而且技術已趨於成熟穩定,而靜電集塵式空氣清淨機雖然構成較為複雜,但卻有不需要更換濾網、風扇低壓力損失與去除效率佳等優點,值得我們進一步研究與發展。在本論文之實驗中,我們製作了前段-- 離子化區段與後段—集塵段之兩段集塵器,以自製的升壓電路各別供應這兩段集塵器9~10 kV與4~5 kV左右之電壓,經過測試的結果,我們獲得良好的除塵效果,而且比市售的靜電集塵器有更快的除塵速率。這個集塵器的特點在於: 1)在前後段集塵器以特殊設計方式集塵, 2)較一般室內型靜電集塵器有較深的集塵深度,3)體積小集塵效果佳之特點。最後,我們探討離子化區段升壓電路之輸出波形(脈衝漣波)與平均電壓大小來研究對除塵效果之影響。 In this thesis, we propose a new design for electrostatic precipitator type air-cleaner. It is consisted of three major parts. They are ionization section, precipitation section and one electric fan. Two high voltage DC voltage generators were developed to provide the power sources for meeting the needs of the two sections. One is about 9 to 10 KV and the other is 4 to 5 KV. Experimental results show the good performance of dust rejection and faster processing than those by the off-the-shelf precipitators. Compared with the existing commercial product, the proposed new air-cleaner has three major features. One is a special design in two sections precipitator. The second one is the design of deeper precipitation depth, while the third one is to have smaller size with good dust rejection. In addition to the design of the whole structure of air-cleaner, a comparison of the two different designs of high voltage DC voltage generator is also presented. |
