Abstract: 車輛引擎的管理系統中,控制器固然是非常的重要,但是若沒有搭配可靠穩定的制動器例如噴油嘴、燃油幫浦,控制器將無法發揮效益。本論文主要研究車輛之噴油嘴,研究內容包含兩大部分,其一是噴油嘴三萬公里模擬耐久測試後,解剖噴油嘴,分析沉積物的組成元素;另一個部份為噴油嘴經歷三萬公里模擬耐久測試後,將噴油嘴安裝至標準引擎上,利用含氧感知器,量測每缸的空氣與燃料的比值,以觀察車輛噴油嘴經過長時間使用後噴油量之改變。結果發現噴油嘴經過一段時間使用後,長期擺放會造成噴油嘴黏固。此外,膠質也是造成噴嘴作動失常的主要原因。
In a vehicles engine management system, a controller no doubt is the most important. However, if it has no matched reliable actuators for example nozzle, fuel oil pump, etc., the controller will not be able to perform its function.
With two major parts, this thesis deals with the nozzle in vehicle engines, The first part analyzes composition of depesit on the nozzle after 30,000 kilometer simulation durable tests. In the other part, after 30,000 kilometer simulation durable tests, the nozzle is installed to a standard engine. This study installs an oxygen perception gauge on each cylinder to measure air-fuel ratios. After using a period of time of spray nozzle, if we set side a long time, we will find the spray nozzle easy to solidify. In addition, the glue is a primary reason to make spray nozzle abnormal.
