Abstract: | 本研究參考ISO 10801與ISO 10808的標準,建立一套奈米物質吸入毒性試驗用的奈米微粒產生、監測、檢測及化學分析平台。監測參數分別為質量濃度分布、總質量濃度、肺泡及胸腔的表面積濃度、數目分布、微粒有效密度、奈米物質化學分析及微粒大小與形貌。以上的研究成果預期將可提供吸入毒性試驗所需較完整的參數。 透過前四期的努力,本團隊已能準確地採集環境奈米微粒並分析其主要化學成分,且有好的微粒化學質量平衡。相關研究成果已發表4篇學術論文於國際知名的Atmospheric Environment及Aerosol Science and Technology期刊。本期研究延續過去五年的研究經驗,並以改良的採樣方法將在三個環保署空氣品質測站進行採樣,期能了解都會區大氣奈米微粒質量分佈與成分組成,並比較不同採樣方法之間可能產生的誤差。 採集的奈米微粒樣本,將由本計畫合作單位中央研究院環境變遷中心許世傑博士實驗室用LA-ICP-MS及ICP-MS方法分析奈米微粒的金屬成分。此外本研究也將與朝陽科大楊錫賢教授實驗室進行合作,開發出空氣奈米微粒有機成分採樣及分析技術方法,並進行檢測準確度之評估。 By referring to the ISO standard of 10801 and 10808, this study will develop an analytics platform which enables the generation, monitoring, measurement and chemical analysis of nanoparticles intended to be used for inhalation toxicity test. The monitoring parameters including mass distribution, total mass concentration, surface area concentration, number distribution, particle effective density, chemical analysis of nanomaterial, particle size and morphology. It is expected that the research results are capable of providing sufficient insight into the inhalation toxicity test. As the results of our previous study, we demonstrated that the samples of environmental nanoparticle could be collected accurately and good chemical mass closure (CMC) could be obtained. The research results were published in four journal papers in world renowned journals: Atmospheric Environment and Aerosol Science and Technology. This year, we will use the modified sampling method to conduct the samplings at three air quality monitoring stations, in order to understand the mass distribution and the composition of nanoparticles in the urban area, and also evaluate the difference in the results between different sampling methods. This study will corporate with Dr. Shiu of Research Center of Environmental Changes to conduct the metal analysis of the nanoparticle samples by using the LA-ICP-MS or ICP-MS, and with Pro. Yang of Chaoyang University of Technology to develop a technique for sampling and analyzing the organic compound of airborne nanoparticles, and assess the accuracy of the technique. |
