摘要: 本篇论文是针对雷射追踪仪接受光源的反射棱镜的支撑架的改善做讨论,首先介绍何谓雷射追踪仪,雷射追踪仪乃是一能将雷射光射出至反射棱镜并接受反射棱镜所反射回来的雷射光,而这反射回来的雷射光含有两种资讯,就是反射棱镜至雷射追踪仪的距离和方向,因此藉由雷射追踪仪我们能测知反射棱镜中心的座标, 但是反射棱镜中心与徒测面的接触点有一段距离,而本篇论文即是讨论如何直接量测待测点的点座墂,美国所使用的解决方法乃是利用光学的方法,本文所使用的方法乃是几何方法,而使用几何方式须要制做辅助探棒,但是由于量测时我们必须用手拿着辅助探棒,由于手会抖动因此是属于动态量测,于是我们即制做辅助架使得探棒量测成为静态量测,以减少误差,另一方面我们也在计算方法上进行改善,使得量测误差的影响减少。
We disscussed the improvement of the frame of Laser tracker's corner cube in this paper. First, we introduce what Laser tracker is. Laser tracker can shoot laser light to the corner cube and can accept the reflected laser light from the corner cube. The reflected laser light over Look two kind of information which are the distance from the corner cube to laser tracker and the way frome the corner cube to laser tracker, so we can know the coordinate of the center of the corner cube by the Laser tracker. But there is some distance from the center of the corner cube to the point on the surface which we want to measure. We discuss how to measure the point which we want to measure on the surface directly in this paper. Americans use the optics way to solve the problem but we use geometrical way to solve it. We need to use the assistant measuring frame if we use the geometrical way. We must use our hands to take the assistant measuring frame when we are measuring. Our hands can shake, so it is not the static measuring. We make the thelf to let the measuring be static to reduce error. We improve the way of caculating to reduce error.
