摘要: 诸多学者在北岭与阪神地震后投入钢构造梁柱接头之研究,众多新式接头相继被提出,然而仅少数学者针对肋板型式接头作深入研究。因此,本研究以有系统之方法,包含参数研究与实尺寸接头试验,探讨肋板型式梁柱接头之耐震行为,并提出设计流程。
研究所采用之接头称为具延长段之单肋板型式梁柱接头,其型式乃是在与梁腹同一平面之梁上下翼板各加焊一钢板,该钢板之特点为有一圆弧缓降段与延长段。参数研究结果显示梁腹扇形开孔与梁翼全渗透焊之应力经肋板补强后已远较传统型式梁柱接头低。进行四组实尺寸梁柱接头试验,试验结果显示四组试体之塑性铰皆在距柱面一小段距离处形成。四组试体皆符合目前国内外规范对韧性抗弯矩构架梁柱接头试验转角之规定,接头韧性优良。研究后段提供合理简洁之肋板设计流程以供实务界应用。
Improved connections are extensively developed after Northridge and Kobe earthquakes. However, few researchers focused on the study of vertical rib-reinforced connections. In this research, an innovative rib beam-to-column connection was investigated by studying rib design parameters and conducting full-scale tests to prove its benefit and ductility.
The connection used in this research is called the SRE (Single Rib with Extension) one. It is characterized by welding two single vertical ribs, each elongated with a tail-like extension, to the beam flanges on the centerline of the beam flanges. The results of the parametric study demonstrated that, compared with pre-Northridge connections, the SRE connection could significantly decrease the stress at the weld-accessed hole and the complete joint penetration weld. The full-scale test results showed that four specimens all developed the yielding in the whole rib-reinforced zone, formed plastic hinge at a distance away from the column face, and demonstrated exceptionally ductility by achieving plastic rotation more than 0.03 radian and interstory drift angle more than 0.04 radian. The latter part of the thesis provides the designing procedure of the SRE connections that is concise and useful to the practice.
