浩然藝文數位典藏之學習與推廣計畫 (II)

Abstract

交通大學近年來積極參與國科會「數位博物館專案計畫」、「數位典藏國家型科技 計畫」之執行，在多年的計畫執行過程中，已成功建置了「浩然藝文數位博物館」，其 中包含「楊英風數位美術館」、「雲門舞集數位典藏」、「李泰祥數位博物館」等多個 數位典藏系統及數位博物館。 「浩然藝文數位博物館」之數位典藏內容非常豐富且珍貴，如何採取行動，進一步 將「浩然藝文數位博物館」所收藏之豐富且珍貴的數位典藏內容加以活化並融入教育、 研究與社會發展，是提出本計畫的主要動機。本計畫所欲達到的目標包含： 1. 以Web 2.0 機制整合浩然藝文數位博物館之虛擬與實體社群，期能運用Web 2.0 公共參與、集體智慧、開放共享的精神，達成傳播數位典藏的價值； 2. 將「浩然藝文數位博物館」的內容融入教育網絡，以課程與活動的方式，系統 性地推廣與介紹； 3. 「浩然藝文數位博物館」加值商品之構思與產製； 4. 以「浩然藝文數位博物館」既有的數位典藏內容為起點，激發更多的關注與參 與，創造出更多可供典藏的資源。 5. 藉由公共推廣與社群經營，提供「浩然藝文數位博物館」未來在技術、內容、 界面上的建議與回饋，充分體現重視使用者導向的想法。 基於上述計畫目標，本計畫主要工作項目包含：(1) 浩然藝文數位博物館網路社群 之建置與經營、(2) 「李泰祥兒童音樂教育網」之擴充～直笛的音樂世界、(3) 「李泰 祥兒童音樂教育網」之擴充～「浩然藝文詩人坊」、(4) 「《楊英風藝術地圖》兒童玩 具繪本電子書」之設計與製作、(5) 課程與推廣活動實施，以及(6) 回饋與評估等六項。

National Chiao Tung University has conducted National Digital Archives Program (NDAP) for many years, and has successfully established the NCTU Folk-artist Digital Museum, which contains the YuYuYang Digital Museum, Palm Drama Digital Museum, Digital Archive for the dances of Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan, The Native Musician of Taiwan – Tai-Hsiang Li Digital Archive and so on. The purposes of the project are: 1. Exploit the Web 2.0 spirits, including public participation, crowd wisdom, and open and sharing, to broadcast the values of digital archives. 2. Integrate the abundant digital resources in the NCTU Folk-Artist Digital Museum into instruction activities. 3. Design value-added products derived from the NCTU Folk-Artist Digital Museum. 4. Raise more attention and participation for accumulating more cultural assets to be digitalized based on the NCTU Folk-Artist Digital Museum. 5. Improve the services of the NCTU Folk-Artist Digital Museum by means of public promotion and social-network management. In order to achieve the above purposes, the primary tasks of this project include: 1. Create and operate a virtual community on NCTU Folk-Artist Digital Museum. 2. Create an area of recorders to the Tai-Hsiang Li Children Music Education Web. 3. Extend a forum for poets to the Tai-Hsiang Li Children Music Education Web. 4. Design the Kid’s E-books on YuYu Yang’s works of art. 5. Deliver teachers’ trainings and workshops, which integrate the digital resources of the NCTU Folk-Artist Digital Museum into all educational level, from primary schools to universities. 6. Feedback and evaluate all the process.
