摘要: 本研究計畫調查分析台灣西南海域的安平海岸及芳苑海岸等二種砂、泥底不同演替 海岸棲地型態的環境因子和底棲無脊椎動物群聚組成。安平海岸自2003 年5 月至2009 年12 月間,施工前、中、後的底棲生物生態及環境調查;芳苑海岸調查期間自2006 年 2 月至2007 年10 月間,每年四季次的底棲生物生態調查。本研究以多元尺度分析法及 集群分析的結果,比較兩種型態的海岸底棲生物群聚組成是否有顯著的差異;以及建立 生態評估指標和棲地模式,用以探討海岸生態工程棲地復育評估模式。第ㄧ年預計匯整台 南安平人工沙灘施工前、中,以及彰化芳苑泥質淺灘生態調查資料,對這兩種不同類型 底棲生物棲地進行底棲生物整合性生物指標(B-IBI)和指標生物的研究,探討做環境評估 所需之生態指標與指標生物的有效性;第二年預期建構沙質海灘以及泥質海灘之底棲生 物的棲地評價(HEP)模式,可利用棲地條件作為評估生態環境的依據,以利工程實施 前,對施工後的生態環境評估作預測;第三年預期可利用前兩年所建構完成之B-IBI 及 指標生物發展棲地評價復育模式,探討安平人工海灘施工前中後之生態環境變遷與評 估。
Characteristics of environmental factors and composition of benthos were investigated in An-Ping and Fangyuan coastal areas that represented as two types of tidal bottom coastal habitat succession on southwestern Taiwan area. The sample periods were from May 2003 to December 2009 and from May 2006 to October 2007 in An-Ping and Fangyuan coastal, respectively. The Multi-Dimensional Scaling(MDS)and cluster analysis will be used to analyze the diversity of copepods among four seasons. B-IBI and HEP ecological models will also be discussed. In the first year, we will expect to finish the collection of benthos data obtained from An-Ping and Fangyuan coastal areas and to build B-IBI model. We will also assess the validity of biological ecological index and bio-indicator. In the second year,we will expect to build HEP models of two types of sandy and mud bottom coastal habitat. In the third year, we will discuss the difference of characteristics of habitat before and after the construction of artificial beach.
