dc.description.abstract本發明為一種光偵測裝置結構,其包括:基材;垂直驅動有機發光電晶體;以及光偵測單元。垂直驅動有機發光電晶體,其係設置於基材之第一位置,而光偵測單元則設置於基材之第二位置,且可依設計上之需求使第一位置與第二位置相距一適當距離。本發明係藉由垂直驅動有機發光電晶體發射光線至物體,再由光偵測單元接收被物體反射之反射光線,藉由分析所接收到之反射光線,可用以計算光偵測裝置結構與物體間之距離,也可用以判讀物體之形狀或組成成分。zh_TW
