dc.description.abstract光學同調斷層掃描術(Optical Coherence Tomography) 相較於其他成像造影技術,它同時具有非侵入式、高解析、高速成像、無輻射等優點,是近年來在醫學、生物、材料科學等領域上廣泛受到重視與研究的斷層影像技術,臨床研究也廣泛應用在皮膚科、眼科等相關領域,尤其是眼科。 本篇論文中我們建立一套以1310 nm寬頻雷射為光源的掃頻式偏振敏感光學同調斷層掃瞄系統,儀器包含1310 nm的掃頻雷射、極化分光光纖、波片、資料擷取儀器…等,此系統利用二維OCT本身的二維切片資訊,加上另一維度或稱C-scan控制掃描鏡來得到牙齒離體的三維影像;另外,我們利用極化分光光纖與四分之一波片控制訊號的偏極狀態,再使用DOPU(Degree Of Polarization Uniformity)來量測牙齒離體去礦化的光學切片影像的偏極變化,進一步建立出三維偏極化程度影像,希望能藉由功能性光學同調斷層掃描所提供的額外資訊建立一套簡單的方法鑑別牙齒早期的去礦化現象。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOptical coherence tomography (Optical Coherence Tomography) is a non-invasive, high-resolution, high-speed imaging without radiation to other medical imaging, so it is widely used widely in recent years in medical, biology, materials science and other fields, and its clinical research is also widely used in dermatology, ophthalmology and other related fields, particularly ophthalmology. This paper we establish a set of swept source PS-OCT system and its laser wavelength is 1310 nm, The instrument contains a 1310 nm laser, polarizing beam fiber, wave plate , and data acquisition…etc. This system uses two-dimensional OCT slice information, and we can add another dimension or called C-scan to control the scanning mirror to obtain three-dimensional images of teeth ; in addition, we utilize polarizing beam splitter fiber and the wave plate to control the polarization of the laser light, and then use DOPU to measure the optical slice images of teeth .We observe the change of polarization image of teeth to establish a three-dimensional degree of polarization image, hoping that the functional optical coherence tomography can provide additional information to find a simple method for identifying early tooth demineralization phenomenon.en_US
