In this work, a new photoplethysmography (PPG) signal processing methodology using polynomial profile fitting for measuring blood flow volume (BFV) in arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is proposed. After calibration, the experiment results using proposed method shows higher correlation (R=0.7883) and lower error (RMSE=109 ml/min) compared to the ones using conventional methods (R=0.3212, RMSE=168 ml/min).en_US
