dc.description.abstract正念自我疼惜(MSC, Mindful Self-Compassion),是Christopher K. Germer及Kristin Neff結合正念和自我疼惜,提供的一個有效的情緒修復方法。「正念」是情緒療癒的第一步,讓人能以開放和好奇的心靈,去面對困難的想法和感受(例如不適切、傷心、憤怒、困惑)。「自我疼惜」是指以善意的、富同情心的、理解的態度,去回應這些困難的想法和感受,才能在我們受傷時安撫自己。透過演講活動,幫助我們認識正念與自我疼惜,用於穿透負面情緒的可能性。zh_TW
