dc.description.abstract本實驗以二酸班(Dianhydride),二苯胺(Diamine),合成出三種不同的聚醯 胺酸(Polyamic acid),並在這些聚醯胺酸側鏈旁接上具有良好特性二諧非 線性光學有機分子,Disperse Red 1(DR1),並溶入CGM(Charge Genera- tion material),CTM(Charge transport material)之後,經塗膜,亞醯胺 化過程,合成出具有光導電性之Polyimide/DR1,並在亞醯胺化過程中,以電 暈放電(Corona discharge)來poling定向.聚亞醯胺/DR1材質由於具有高 玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)及高的熱裂解溫度(Td),將有助於極化後,發色團分子定 向排列的穩固性.以熱差分析儀(DSC):測其相轉移現象;熱重分析儀(TGA): 測其耐熱溫度;非線性光學測量(SHG);紫外/可見光譜:測其吸光範圍;反射 式橢圓儀:測其折射率;紅外光譜儀(FT-IR):觀察反應官能機結構;光導電 度測量裝置:測其光電流。 A s tudy that polyimide of high-transition temperature(Tg), it' s chain in conjuction with nonlinear optical (NLO) organic molecules DR1,and doping with OPC ,have been prepared nonlinear optical materials of photocoduction. In experiment , we have synthesized three different polyamic acid with Dianhydride and Diame,and in conjuction with excellent character's NLO molecules ,Disperse Red1 ,in it's side chain,and dissolved CGM, CTM,coating, imidisation,has been synthesized photoconductive polyimide/DR1 films. In imidisation process,with corona discharge to alline. Because PI/DR1 have high Tg and Td,will stable the allinment of chromophore after poling. In experiment, DSC:measure the phase transition phenoment; TGA: measure on-setpoint temperature:SHG measurement;UV-Visible: measure the absorption range;Ellipsometer:measure refractive index;FT-IR:observe the conformation of refractive function group;Photoconduction measurement:measurement photo- current.zh_TW
