dc.description.abstract | 由於近年來國人之口腔疾病情況逐漸嚴重,可能會面臨到需換牙的問題, 而隨著醫療技術的發達,缺牙患者多了使用人工植牙這項新的選擇,比起過去的牙橋及活動假牙,人工植牙讓患者在舒適度、說話及牙齒健康上獲得了高度的滿足感,再加上成功率高達98%,提升且改善了病患的生活品質。 自從全民健保實施後,一般的醫療收入被壓縮,並使得自費醫療收入更為熱門,顯示出醫療自費的市場無窮的商機。而隨著網路資訊的普及,現今民眾在尋求治療之前,多會先搜尋網路的相關衛教資訊及口碑等等,再決定是否就醫,以及去哪裡接受治療。相較於過去的醫療行為所強調的是專業至上,現在醫療逐漸被視為是一種服務的提供,因此醫療院所需重視民眾的需求,並給予其所需要的資訊及服務。 人工植牙為牙科醫療上的一項重大突破,屬於專業程度較高的服務,醫師擁有的專業資訊相較於一般民眾來得多,因此容易產生醫療服務提供者與接收者資訊不對稱的情形。然而許多民眾在醫療上的資訊取得其實是有差異的,因此了解病患實際對於醫療資訊的需求,提供其正確且有利的訊息,對於醫療院所來說是個重要的課題。 本研究將針對新竹地區民眾的植牙問題諮詢行為探討其於網路蒐集資料後對人工植牙的認知。將過去民眾於新竹某牙醫診所網站上詢問的問題或主動來電詢問之訊息記錄下來,並將民眾主要詢問的問題分為四大類,使用百分比計算以及關聯規則來分析問題與就醫行為之間的相關性。 本研究指出,由口碑而來詢問的民眾為有預約人數的第一順位,可以發現民眾在作醫療選擇時,大多會以醫療經驗或網路搜尋的口碑為主要參考。另外還可以從本研究看出民眾在就醫之前對於植牙手術的認知,以及其所較關注的部分,且將從詢問的問題與就醫行為之間的關聯性,給予醫療院所在未來提供醫療資訊內容的建議,幫助平衡資訊不對稱的情形。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Dental implant is a high success rate treatment for missing tooth. Due to the missing tooth rate is high in Taiwan, and increased with age, the requirement of dental implant is increasing rapidly. Also the internet searching is very popular nowadays. No matter shopping, traveling or visit doctor, people are very familiar to search related information before they make decisions. This study was aimed to investigate the association between internet searching behavior and choosing dental implant treatment. We collected the questions about dental implant information that people asked through dental clinic website in Hsinchu area. Through analyzing the questions, we found some acknowledges about people searching for some information related to their own health. People care about the expense information of dental implant more than treatment quality initially. But in those who really take advanced treatment appointment, they care more about word of mouth and treatment sequence and treatment quality. | en_US |
