摘要: 在本篇碩士論文中,我們建立了飛秒脈衝型變系統並使用在增強兆赫輻射訊號。使用液晶空間光調制器調變頻域的相位,配合G-S演算法達到脈衝型變的目的,在滿足富氏轉換條件下,可順利產生所需波形。並使用相位凍結演算法調變飛秒光源增強THz輻射訊號40%,並發現適量的正啾可增強THz訊號,推測應是相位啁啾產生的引發載子動態行為高速調變所致。
Fourier-transform (FT) optical shaping is now a useful technology for generating nearly arbitrarily shaped ultrafast optical pulses, with applications ranging from coherent control to high-speed communications. We constructed a pulse shaping system,and modulated light to generate THz. Using pulse shaping technique could enhance THz radiation, and the enhancement was Over 40%. It was demonstrated by positive chirped optical pulses. This could be attributed to the band filling process.
