製造業服務化的問題研究

Abstract

本研究旨在從不同角度，幫助台灣欲進行製造業服務化的企業進行檢視與分析，從中了解製造業服務化的現況與問題。本研究首先從製造業選取幾個代表性的產業，並當中選取個案企業，透過德菲法與個案研究彙整出製造業服務化的關鍵成功因素，最後針對現階段製造業服務化的問題與趨勢進行分析與並提出建議。期能提供政府與相關企業作為參考。

This study was designed from different points of view for helping enterprises in Taiwan which are about to implement Servitization in Manufacturing, knowing its current situation and problems. Firstly, this study selected some representative case enterprises from manufacturing industry, By Delphi method and case studies, this research sort the key success factor of Servitization in Manufacturing. In conclusion, we aimed at analyzing present problems and trends of Servitization in Manufacturing, advising some suggestions. Excepting that could be references for government and correlated enterprises.
