Item type:Item, AN ALIGNMENT SCHEME FOR LOW COST AND HIGH PRECISION SLOB FABRICATION USING AN ELECTROMAGNETIC MICROACTUATOR WITH 5 DOF(2019-01-01) ;Chen, Chih-Chung ;Fu, Yu-Min ;Hsu, Hsin-Feng ;Cheng, Yu-Ting電子工程學系及電子研究所This paper presents an alignment scheme for SiOB fabrication using an electromagnetic force-driven microactuator with five degrees of freedom (5 DOF) of movement. The actuator comprising four sets of corrugated springs and spiral coils driven by Lorentz and reluctant force respectively can accomplish linearly horizontal and vertical displacement and tilt angle ranging within 2 and 10.5Am, and 0.1 degrees for positioning optical lens with a resolution of 0.mu m, which has been experimentally validated to facilitate h scheme feasibly.Item type:Item, High-performance top and bottom double-gate low-temperature poly-silicon thin film transistors fabricated by excimer laser crystallization(2008-03-01) ;Tsai, Chun-Chien ;Lee, Yao-Jen ;Wang, Jyh-Liang ;Wei, Kai-FangLee, I-CheIn this work, high-performance low-temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) thin film transistors (TFTs) with double-gate (DG) structure and lateral grain growth have been demonstrated by excimer laser crystallization (ELC). Therefore, the DG TFTs with lateral silicon grains in the channel regions exhibited better current-voltage characteristics as compared with the conventional solid-phase crystallized (SPC) poly-Si double-gate TFTs or conventional ELC top-gate (TG) TFTs. The proposed ELC DG TFTs (W/L = 1.5/1.5 mu m) had the field-effect-mobility exceeding 400 cm(2)/V s, on/off current ratio higher than 10(8), superior short-channel characteristics and higher current drivability. The new technique not only enhances the current matching in each channel but also reduces the requirement of device numbers and external resistors. The error percentage of all channel LED currents can kept within 0.1% when the channel voltage has a voltage variation ((Delta) V(CH)) around 1.IV. Furthermore, the proposed load dependent minimum drain voltage can effectively reduce the voltage drop across the precise current balance circuit. As a result, the efficiency of the LED driver can be improved.
