Item type:Item, Metal oxide nano-composite magnetic material, fabrication method, and method for linkage, enrichment, and isolation of phosphorylated species(2014-05-27) ;Chen Yu-Chie ;Chen Cheng-Tai ;Chen Wei-Yu ;Lo Chun-YuenLin Hong-YiThe present invention relates to a metal oxide nano-composite magnetic material, fabrication method, and method for linkage, enrichment, and isolation of phosphorylated species. The metal oxide nano-composite magnetic material comprises the magnetic iron oxide nanoparticle, a silica layer immobilized onto the magnetic iron oxide nanoparticle and a metal oxide layer coated onto the silica layer. The magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles can be used for absorbing microwave radiation to accelerate the enrichment and linkage for phosphorylated species onto the metal oxide nano-composite magnetic material. Furthermore, the magnetic property of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles leads to isolation of the metal oxide nano-composite magnetic material-target species conjugates by simply employing an external magnetic field. The specificity of the metal oxide on the surface of the metal oxide nano-composite magnetic material for phosphorylated species also leads to the linkage/enrichment of phosphorylated species with high selectivity.Item type:Item, Multi-phase inverter control device and current control method for the same(2014-05-13) ;Chen Hung-ChiChen Wei-YuThe present invention provides a multi-phase inverter control device and a current control method for the same. The multi-phase inverter control device comprises a discrete circuit receiving CT IOCCS, CT IOCS and CT LIVS, and converting them into a plurality of DT signals; a multi-dimensional quantization circuit calculating according to an MDFQCC (Multi-Dimensional Feedback Quantization Current Control) algorithm to obtain DT IOVS for determining a plurality of switching signals; a driver circuit receiving the switching signals, and converting the switching signals into a plurality of switch driving signals; and an inverter circuit receiving the switch driving signals to output voltage across the load. The present invention decreases switching frequency, reduces switching loss and controls the inverter to output current efficiently.
