Item type:Item, Air-Stable N-type Organic Microribbon Transistors Based on Perylene Diimides Derivatives(2015) ;Tseng, Pin-Yen ;Hsieh, Gen-Wen ;Wang, Cheng-Wei ;Hung, Chun-YiTsai, Chih-WenWe report a new type of organic microribbon via solution phase self-assembly from a conjugated small molecule N, N\'-bis[2-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-ethyl]-3,4,9,10-perylenetetradicarboximide (4F-PEPTC) for use in organic field effect transistors. Devices based on a network of 4F-PEPTC microribbons show a typical n-channel field effect behavior with average current ratio >10(3) and exhibit excellent air stability in ambient air over 30 days.Item type:Item, Graphene-induced enhancement of charge carrier mobility and air stability in organic polythiophene field effect transistors(2018-03-01) ;Hsieh, Gen-Wen ;Lin, Zong-Rong ;Hung, Chun-Yi ;Lin, Sheng-YuYang, Chii-RongWe investigate multifunctional graphene nanostructures as charge carrier mobility enablers and moisture and air barrier films for organic-based polythiophene field effect transistors. Primary results show that a tiny amount of graphene flakes blended in the polythiophene active channel could reach a ten-fold increase in effective transistor mobility. Moreover, densely packed honeycomb graphene for efficient moisture and air shielding is firstly applied on organic active channels without any supporting polymer, resulting in mild mobility degradation in ambient environment with respect to unprotected polythiophene devices. Thus, hybrid graphene-polythiophene blend transistors laminated with graphene passivation layers exhibit significantly superior and prolonged performances over 1400 h, whereas the hybrid devices without graphene passivation become unswitchable in 600 h. Moreover, their low processing temperature (< 150 degrees C), solution processability, and flexibility of both graphene and polythiophene makes them a highly promising means for next-generation organic field effect transistors.Item type:Item, Implementation of Digital Self-Interference Cancellation in LTE-based CCFD Transmission(2017-01-01) ;Chu, Jian-Ya ;Liao, Yuan-Te ;Hung, Chun-Yi ;Hsu, Terng-Yin資訊工程學系In this paper, we propose a real-time and scalable digital cancellation algorithm to cancel the self-interference signal. We implement this algorithm in the FPGA of NI USRP-2953R platform by using LabVIEW to program it through the PCIe. At the end of this paper, we demonstrate the real-time video stream between two platforms at the central frequency 2.2GHz to 2.5GHz with 20MHz bandwidth in the LTE framework.
