Item type:Item, Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making Theory With The Balanced Scorecard Application In Mobile Industry(2011) ;Su, Chiu-Hung ;Hung, Ying-Hsun ;Tzeng, Gwo-Hshiung ;管理學院College of Managementthis study is the use of fuzzy multi-attribute decision making as a business management application in the balanced scorecard performance assessment. The study expected to help enterprises to establish effective expression of those feelings with subjective indicators of weight value. In order to increase the accuracy of weight and practice, so that more perfect performance of the Balanced Scorecard in the business. The use of the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the importance of screening criteria in Taiwan mobile industry operators and fuzzy multi attribute decision making through the match with the comparison with the fuzzy multiple criteria decision making, to establish Taiwan\'s mobile industry business model assessment. Fuzzy multi-attribute decision making can be vague, uncertain or unstructured problems trying to provide a solution to this. Finally, this study found results, the implementation of the model created to operate as a decision-making in Taiwan mobile industry reference, and can understand the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making not only in dealing with the definition of ambiguous or unclear information, as an effective Methods, but in the real world where a lot of created process can easily be used, it will also help assess the performance of the Balanced Scorecard.Item type:Item, Knowledge management adoption and assessment for SMEs by a novel MCDM approach(2011-05-01) ;Hung, Ying-Hsun ;Chou, Seng-Cho T. ;Tzeng, Gwo-Hshiung ;管理學院College of ManagementThis paper aims to clarify the misunderstanding of high expenditure on knowledge management systems adoption, and provides a novel approach for the most emergent knowledge management components to catch up to the pace of their rivals for the late adopters of knowledge management systems. This paper adopts MCDM (Multiple Criteria Decision Making) approaches to solve this KM adoption problem, and ranks the gaps of the KM aspects in control items to achieve the aspired level of performance. The findings demonstrate that the knowledge management gaps within the service industry are higher than the gaps within the IC (Integrated Circuit) and banking industries. After normalization and computation, the knowledge management gap of the service industry is 0.4399(1), the knowledge management gap of the IC (Integrated Circuit) industry is 0.3651(2), and the knowledge management gap of the banking industry is 0.2820(3). The findings also show that the criteria for weighting in different industry sectors are quite different; and the adoption strategies for different industry sectors should be considered separately according to the SME industry sectors. However, implementing KM is becoming more complicated. Practitioners must assess complex and confusing situations, initiate KM, identify the causal relationships between problems, make appropriate decisions, and guarantee that the recommended action plan will be effective. Therefore, effective group decisionmaking is essential. The DEMATEL (Decision-MAking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method gathers collective knowledge to capture the causal relationships between strategic criteria. This paper applies the DEMATEL method in the strategic planning of knowledge management to help managers address the above situations and related questions.Item type:Item, Online reputation management for improving marketing by using a hybrid MCDM model(2012-11-01) ;Hung, Ying-Hsun ;Huang, Tsong-Liang ;Hsieh, Jing-Chzi ;Tsuei, Hung-JiaCheng, Chun-ChuanOnline reputation management (ORM) has been considered as a significant tool of internet marketing. The purpose of this paper is to construct a decision model for evaluating performances and improving professional services of marketing. To investigate the interrelationship and influential weights among criteria, this study uses a hybrid MCDM model including decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL). DEMATEL-based analytic network process (called DANP). The empirical findings reveal that criteria have self-effect relationships based on DEMATEL technique. According to the network relation map (NRM), the dimension that professional services of marketing should improve first when carrying out ORM is online reputation. In the five criteria for evaluation, distributed reputation systems is the most important criterion impacting ORM, followed by employees and social responsibility. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. In the global economy, knowledge has become a key asset in organizations; thus, Knowledge Management (KM) has emerged as a major issue that managers must deal with. However, implementing KM is becoming more complicated. Practitioners must assess complex and confusing situations, initiate KM, identify the causal relationships between problems, make appropriate decisions, and guarantee that the recommended action plan will be effective. Therefore, effective group decision-making is essential. A 27-item list that constituted a complete domain for OKMR (Organizational Knowledge Management Readiness) measurement was obtained, which are used to construct the criteria of knowledge management adoption. The DEMATEL (Decision MAking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method gathers collective knowledge to capture the causal relationships between strategic criteria. This paper applies the DEMATEL method in the strategic planning of knowledge management to help managers address the above situations and related questions.Item type:Item, Using MCDM Methods to Adopt and Assess Knowledge Management(2009) ;Hung, Ying-Hsun ;Chou, Seng-Cho T. ;Tzeng, Gwo-Hshiung ;科技管理研究所Institute of Management of TechnologyThis paper proposes a Fuzzy Group Decision Approach for making C strategic decisions about knowledge management adoption. This paper applies the DEMATEL method in the strategic planning of knowledge management to help managers address the above Situations and related questions. The ANP (Analytic network process) handles dependence within a cluster and among different clusters with the goal at the knowledge management and the alternatives in the lower levels based on dynamic concept of Markov chain.
