Item type:Item, CATION SOURCE DEPENDENCE OF GA0.5IN0.5P GROWTH-RATE BY LOW-PRESSURE METALORGANIC CHEMICAL-VAPOR-DEPOSITION(1994-06-15) ;WU, JW ;CHANG, CY ;LIN, KC ;CHAN, SHCHEN, HDThe Ga0.5In0.5P epilayer was grown by low-pressure metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. Trimethylgallium and triethylgallium were used as the gallium source's, while trimethylindium and ethyldimethylindium were used as the indium sources. The use of triethylgallium incorporated with trimethylindium enhanced the growth rate of Ga0.5In0.5P as compared to incorporation with ethyldimethylindium. While the use of trimethylgallium incorporated with ethyldimethylindium enhanced the growth rate of Ga0.5In0.5P significantly, as compared to incorporation with trimethylindium.Item type:Item, NOVEL 2-DIMENSIONAL TRANSMISSION-LINE COLLECTION SYSTEMS FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER(1995-10-01) ;KUO, MY ;KUO, CC ;KUO, MS ;交大名義發表電控工程研究所Innovative two-dimensional transmission-line systems for collecting distributed photovoltaic power are presented in this paper. Based on transmission-line theory and controlling the phase of a.c. sources, the net power of the proposed transmission-line type network can flow towards the target load. The validity of the proposed system is confirmed by mathematical analysis and simulated results. This paper makes a contribution to the concept of networks for the collection of renewable energy.Item type:Item, NOVEL 2-DIMENSIONAL TRANSMISSION-LINE COLLECTION SYSTEMS FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER(1995-10-01) ;KUO, MY ;KUO, CC ;KUO, MS ;電子工程學系及電子研究所Department of Electronics Engineering and Institute of ElectronicsInnovative two-dimensional transmission-line systems for collecting distributed photovoltaic power are presented in this paper. The validity of the complete equivalent model of the basic 2:1 balun is confirmed by the excellent match between the simulated results and experimental data. This complete model makes a contribution to predict and explain the characteristics of the 2:1 balun, including low-frequency and high frequency operation.Item type:Item, Novel transmission-line collection systems for photovoltaic power(1995) ;KUO, MY ;KUO, CC ;KUO, MS ;電控工程研究所Institute of Electrical and Control Engineering
